These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "conditions of use") apply to the online retail store NAIRONE DEFIVES (hereinafter, "The Company"), with domain www.naironedefives.com, property of DEFIVES STUDIO SARL. (hereinafter, "Nairone Defives") and its licensees. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service. Please read carefully below for details of the agreement.

For the best fulfillment of its services, The Company is obliged to provide certain data of its clients (name, surnames, address, telephone, etc.) to other companies that collaborate with the provision of the service (carriers, financial entities or service companies web hosting). In all cases, the data provided is strictly necessary for the specific activity that will be carried out with the commercial activity at www.naironedefives.com

Due to the nature of the sale and the limited number of Editions, all sales are final.
PAYMENT METHODS
The prices indicated on the screen, including tax for France and European Union resident Clients, are expressed in Euros (€) and are valid, except for typographical error or omission. The offers are duly marked and identified as such.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express cards and Paypal. The payment is secured with the 3D Secure protocol.
ORDER STATUS
You will receive an email notification at each step (reception of your order and payment, preparation, shipping or availability in store). You can also check your order status in the order history of your account.
If you placed your order as a guest, you can have access to your order status by indicating your order reference and email address here.
PARTICULAR EDITION NUMBER
If you wish to collect a particular edition number, please get in touch at info@naironedefives.com.
While we will do our best to accommodate your request, a specific edition number may not always be possible.

_SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship internationally using Chronopost, our shipping provider. If the country where you want to ship is not available, please contact us through info@naironedefives.com
Listed prices for the limited editions are exclusive of shipping. Shipping rates are determined based in the artwork size, weight, and the destination address. We will confirm all shipping costs before finalizing your sale. There is no minimum order amount.
All confirmed orders will be immediately charged and delivered as soon as possible vía expedited service at no extra charge, unless otherwise stated, and typically within 30 natural days, depending on the destination address. Deliveries to EU Countries usually arrive within 2-3 working days. Deliveries to US, Canada, Switzerland, Norway and Asia might take 4-5 additional days. You will be notified, and will receive tracking information by email when your order has been shipped.
Regarding loss claims, please contact Chronopost. If your package is unable to be found by the shipping provider, reach us at info@naironedefives.com. Buyers are responsible for the information that implies when they place the order. The additional shipping costs, caused by the declaration of an incorrect or incomplete address, are the sole responsibility of the final customer.

We can not be held liable for any customs or customs duties or taxes that may affect any shipment made outside France.
TRACKING
All our shipping methods offer a tracking of the delivery. As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive by mail a tracking number for your order. You will also find that tracking number in the order details in your customer account.
Please allow a few hours for the tracking to be effective.
WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping provider. If your package is unable to be found by the provider, send an email to info@naironedefives.com with your order number as the subject line and we will try to assist.
WHAT TO DO IF CUSTOMS OPENED YOUR PACKAGE
From time to time, customs may open your package for inspection. Please let us know if there are any incidental damages in the event of this occurence.
WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DELAYED BY CUSTOMS
We have no insight into customs handling or any delays that may result form customs processing. The shipping provider should have the latest information on customs status.
_SAFETY TIPS
The assembly of our products should be carried out by a qualified person, as the piece may fall and cause damage to people or objects if it’s not correctly installed. If you are uncertain, contact your local specialized retailer. Misuse by the user of our products can cause damage to people, objects or the piece itself.
Our limited editions may contain small objects. Children could swallow them. If several of these objects such as small balls are swallowed, they could get stuck in the intestine and cause perilous complications. Also, our cloth scarves can cause suffocation. Please, make sure that children don't play with our products. Falling objects could lead to serious injuries. For a better conservation of our products, do not place them outside and do not expose them to direct sunlight.
_RETURNS & REFUNDS
DAMAGED PARCEL
If the parcel is visibly damaged, you should refuse it at the delivery or accept it with reservations.
If you happen to discover the damages after accepting the delivery, please make a list and take pictures of all the visible damages and contact us at info@naironedefives.com. We will take care of the exchange or replacement if the situation justifies it.
RETURN POLICY
In the case you would not like to keep your order, you can return it to us within 14 days after reception. The shipping will be at your expense. If you want to process a return please contact us at info@naironedefives.com, we will give you instructions on the process.
ALL SALES FINAL
